The goal is to increase the number of "military pushups" you can do, working your way to 100! The idea, to strengthen your upper body and toss "girly push-ups" out the door.

Today, I can handle 3 sets of 10 (the real ones) and that last set is questionable. So I have to triple the amount of push-ups in just 5 weeks. Is that possible? It's going to be tough but I'll try. Here's my plan, are you with me?
Week 1: 3 sets of 12 = 36
Week 2: 3 sets of 15= 45
Week 3: 4 sets of 15= 60
Week 4: 4 sets of 20= 80
Week 5: 5 sets of 20= 100
